Tom Ryan
Nickname: Rhyno
Chief cook of Smoke’em if you got’em. Member of KCBS, NEBS, NBBQ. KCBS certified judge. Designed/built team’s custom smoker.
First smoker: Brinkman Sportsman (which I heavily modified and still use).
Current home unit: Char-Griller Trio.
Favorite woods: apple, maple and pecan.
When I am not cooking I am: camping with the family and friends, playing with my boys Owen and Brady, golfing, playing darts, hanging out on the patio, smoke’n and grill’n and smoke’n, and smoke’n and watching the game with Sarge and Whinnie on the patio.

Jim Morey
Nick name: Captain Jim
Jim Morey is a Design Engineer currently employed at a Massachusetts based firm. Jim has been working in the Electronic Assembly Industry for over 33 years. Other past employment opportunities include: a short order cook, bartending and meat cutter.
He is an avid fisherman in both salt and fresh waters. A Trap shooter, Dart shooter as well as a Snowmobiling enthusiast riding throughout Northern New England and Canada.
Jim is also a New England Patriots Fan and season ticket holder, where he has mastered his Tailgating and BBQ Skills over the past 30 years.

When I’m not working I am: camping with friends, watching or attending NASCAR events, traveling, riding my Harley, watching the Bruins or some type of sports, hanging out at Rhyno’s patio barbecuing having a cigar and a Dalwhinnie….
